Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized UPS shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
